Tommy Hilfiger needed help rallying their employees around their new purpose. So we built a movement within Tommy around their new purpose creating a stronger community for their employees, which would in turn ripple out to their customers.

Light Up Day is a program to help Tommy employees "light up what's next" by giving every employee a day away from their desk to be inspired and bring that inspiration back to the larger Tommy community.




We created a space within the Tommy online employee portal where people could share their experiences with the larger Tommy community.
